Richard's interest in barbering started with creating his own hair and beard products, but once that started, it snowballed into cutting hair and learning in a shop since 2018. Through determination and a lacking ability to say no, he has become a fairly popular and regularly fully booked barber. Let's hope that continues!

After deciding to become a hair stylist at 17 years old I worked as an apprentice at Harringtons In Winchester & Southampton where I grew up. After finishing  my Level 3 in hairdressing & taking the opportunities to work in places such Pablo Alvarez in Winchester as well Toni & Guy in Southampton where I gained an array of experience in all aspects of hair & client care. In 2015 i decided to work as a barber where I then gained knowledge in the barber sector. 
In 2023 i branched out my expertise training with Novo Cablo hair & now the south coast hair systems specialist, for those who suffer with thinning & pattern boldness. I feel very passionate about helping those clients find the confidence they once had.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family & friends and enjoy being on the water when giving the chance to do so. 
Camping & travelling i would say is a hobby of mine & working out the gym & cycling to keep fit.
